Wow, 7 Years! I remember when this was just a dream. Over the years we've grown so much! From working endless nights alone out of my small converted garage studio to our new warehouse space with employees and even benefits (wohoo)! It's been quite the journey and we're trying to be more intentional about celebrating the wins.
We had reached every single goal and even exceeded the list and we didn't celebrate any of them.
One year into this business, I wrote a list of 10 things I wanted to accomplish, then put it into a folder and forgot about it. Just a couple of months ago, I discovered that folder in the back of my file cabinet and couldn't believe my eyes when I read it. We had reached every single goal and even exceeded the list and we didn't celebrate any of them.
I was constantly pushing for more. No win was big enough because I was busy looking at the next thing that needed to be conquered. Going forward we plan to celebrate the wins, even the small ones. So right now we're just taking a moment to breathe, enjoy, appreciate, and feel gratitude for our win and celebrating 7 years in business!

A huge thank you to every, employee, customer, vendor, contractor, intern, parent, spouse, cousin, daughter, son, auntie, friend who supported us and helped us make it this far! The journey has just begun!
