Print LabelPrint your return label and place on the packaging. |

SendDrop off your item at the post office, hand it to your postman or schedule a free item pick up. |

Refund / Store CreditOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. |

Refunds / Exchanges
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. Reach out to us within 30 days of the original order date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund.
Non-refundable items:
- Worn/damaged items by customer.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Customized orders.
- Shipping charges.
Cancellations:
- There is a 24-hour window after the order has been placed to cancel the order, however, if the item has already shipped then it is too late to cancel.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a Cloth & Cord store credit for the value of the return.
Defective items:
- All of our items go through a quality check before being shipped but if your item happens to make it pass our quality assurance team, we’re happy to repair, exchange or refund your item, free of charge.
